When we started in late July, the goal was to sell our father’s house by the end of the year. As the person handling this process, I wanted to get an experienced realtor who had deep history as far as how things work in town and in the State – Kate turned out to be that person. Before we chose Kate as our buyer’s agent, she told me what I needed to get going on to ensure a smoother, faster sale – things I didn’t know as someone coming from out of State. Once we started working with Kate, she walked me through what we could do to make the house more appealing and was respectful of what we were willing to do. With Kate’s connections and resources, she helped us move quickly through a list of repairs and upgrades for the house. Kate was always mindful of our timeline and provided excellent guidance in how to price the house. She came up with a top-notch marketing campaign and did a great job of relaying feedback from potential buyers and other realtors.
